Hire a habal-habal (motorbike taxi) or a local guide to take you to Tinuy-an Falls (around 30 minutes from the city proper).

From Davao City:

Take a bus or van bound for Mangagoy, Bislig City (about 6-7 hours).
Hire a habal-habal or a guide for the remaining trip to Tinuy-an Falls.
